Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Bacteriology, Medicine, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognised university or institute.
- A Doctorate in any of the aforementioned disciplines is a desirable qualification.
- Minimum four years of experience in drug testing, standardisation, and research is essential.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Applicants must be serving officers of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Administration, autonomous body, statutory organisation, public sector undertaking, recognised university, or recognised research institution.
- Candidates should either hold an analogous post regularly in their parent cadre/department or have two years of regular service in Pay Level 7 (₹44,900–₹1,42,400) or an equivalent post in their parent cadre/department.
Salary Structure
