Monthly Stipend and Training Period
The apprenticeship lasts for one year from the date of the training contract. The total monthly stipend is ₹16,650, including any government subsidy. According to the notification, UCO Bank pays ₹10,500 directly and the government share of ₹6,150 is credited through Direct Benefit Transfer, subject to government rules. Apprentices do not receive the same benefits as regular bank employees, and training does not guarantee a permanent job.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
