Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- **Research Officer:** Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree (MD or MS) in Unani System of Medicine, or a Master’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematics with Statistics, or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- **Staff Nurse:** A Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution is generally required.
- **Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):** Applicants should have passed the 10th standard or possess an ITI pass certificate in a relevant trade.
- **Other Group B & C Posts (e.g., LDC, UDC, Pharmacist):** Educational requirements vary, typically requiring a 12th pass or a relevant diploma/degree, as specified in the detailed notification.
Age Limit
- **Research Officer:** The maximum age limit is 40 years.
- **Staff Nurse:** Candidates should not exceed 35 years of age.

Salary Structure

- **Investigator / Library Assistant / Hindi Assistant / Pharmacist / Social Worker / Radiographer:** Pay Level 6, offering a salary from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month.
- **Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):** Pay Level 1, with a salary range of ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month.

Selection Process
- **Computer-Based Examination (CBT):** All applicants will undergo an online Computer-Based Test. This examination will be for 100 marks for Group B & C posts and 70 marks for Group A posts. A negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer will be applied, except for the MTS post.
- **Interview:** Shortlisted candidates for Group A posts (Research Officers) will be called for an interview, which carries 30 marks, to assess their professional knowledge, skills, and suitability. There will be no interview for Group B and Group C posts.
- **Skill Test (If Applicable):** For certain Group B and C posts such as Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Upper Division Clerk (UDC), and Staff Car Driver, a mandatory skill/typing/driving test will be conducted. This stage is qualifying in nature.
- **Document Verification:** Candidates who qualify in the preceding stages will be required to appear for document verification, where original educational qualifications, age proof, experience certificates, and category certificates will be scrutinized.
- **Medical Examination:** Finally, provisionally shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness test to ensure they meet the prescribed health standards for appointment.
